A - Pours a crisp clear light golden/yellow with a nice inch+ of near white head, superior lacing. Solid retention.

S - Slightly sweet malt profile, bready. Grassy hops and an overall crispness.

T - Fairly intense for a pilsner. A classic pilsner for the most part but sierra definitely added a little extra for the hop lovers. Clean, crisp, grassy, and even slightly resinous/grainy

M - Light and refreshing, very drinkable, moderate/appropriate carbonation.

O - Very crisp, clean, easy drinking with a little bit of a bitter kick

A- Clear golden yellow body and a white foam cap of head. Constant stream of bubbles.

A- Clean malt light grassy hops.

T- Grainy sweet malt with a light bitterness that comes through more and sticks around in the finish. Not much in the way of hop flavor.

M- Medium body and smooth with an appropriate level of carbonation.

D- It's not bad, but there are better pilsners out there.

Poured this 12 oz. into a Samuel Adams glass. 2012 Beer Camp release (from notes). The body was straw colored and clear. The head was thin and bright white.

The smell was grainy. Hay. Sulfur. Skunky in a good, noble hops way. Subtle aromas.

The taste was intense noble hops! bold and grainy. Really leafy and fresh.

The mouthfeel was medium bodied and carbonated. Very good.
