On tap at the Meddlesome Moth
Pours a copper/dark orange with a white head that laces.
Smells of biscuit, bread, pine and citrus hop character. Big nose that is impressive.
Up front sweet, bready malt character that gives way to a big pine character and some citrus hop notes before ending on a dry note.
Medium body and dry makes it easy enough to drink.
This is a damned fine IPA that has a bready and pine character more than anything. It is a bit heavier in body and bready than most other IPAs I run into. Worth a try.

Appearance-
Fantastic, half a finger of off-white head. The color is a hazy fire orange.
Smell-
Complex, but not a strong aroma. Each smell yields hints of different styles of beer. First I got an IPA, then a lager, then a saison.
Taste-
I can see why my nose was jumping from style to style. Starts with a sweet buttery hop, but melds to a wonderful grassy tea flavor for the majority of the taste. It ends with a pleasant bitter hop wall.
Mouthfeel-
Very small bubbles, feel nice. The hops have giving it a oily feel on the palate. It makes me yearn for a overcast spring day, looking out at a forest expanse.
Overall-
I appreciate these kinds of entries, because it demonstrates that beer doesn't have to be produced with such a large footprint. The ultimate in local, inspiring to start ones own small beer making farm.

Drank a couple months ago.
A: amber color. Bit hazy w sediment that swirl then settle. Frothy head.
S: earthy hops. Caramel sweetness.
T: caramel. Earthy hops. Hint of peppery spice. Apple cider. Figs. Tangy finish.
M: medium body, more than usual for ipa. Some butteriness.
O: A malty, earthy ipa. Not like regular westcoast, but more earthy. Caramel sweetness makes this more of a Scottish Ale with more hops. Still amazingly drinkable, never cloying. Serve on special occasions, maybe with an apple pie.
