A- Pours a dark brown with a small head that quickly goes away.

S- Chocolates, Coffee and a little Maple

T- This is a pretty good Brown Ale overall. It pretty much tastes what it smells like. You immediately get hit with the malts and flavors of sweet chocolate and maple then it balances itself out at the end with a little espresso type bitterness.

Food Pairing- This would be really good with some hearty beef stew and a hunk of beer bread on a brisk autumn afternoon on the patio.

A-pour is a very dark amber , very murky , with a medium size tan head leaving a streaky lace ring along the pint glass

S-harvest time

T-mild tasting even for a brown ale , no wow factor

MF-medium body , medium carbonation , tad dull

Ov-ok beer , it was an impulse buy , lesson learned
