What can I say? An amazingly delicate bock from Sierra Nevada. If you like the subtleness of a good lager, you must try this.
Poured a pale straw yellow with a white head that quickly faded into nice big bubbles on the top.
Smelt of bittering hops and delicate bread/biscuit scents.
I tasted some graininess quickly followed by subtle low hop notes. A dry finish keeps you thirsty.
Pleasantly carbonated, can't think of how to improve.
Incredibly drinkable. Don't let me near yours.
