appearance: 12 oz. amber bottle with yellow Sierra Nevada label. Pours black/brown...looks like pouring a pot of coffee. A nice, foamy tan head.
Smell: I smell carmel, malt, and coffee. The smell begs me to drink this tasty looking brew
Mouthfeel: Very balanced! I love the roasted malts but just a splash of hoppiness and carbonation. Really tasty
Drinkability: This could be one of my all time favorite stouts. I think this would also do well for people who aren't stout fans. A classic to be sure.

-Appearance: Black in a pint glass, gray-ish white head. Leaves a scarce lacing but shimmers and dissipates nicely! Fun to look at.

-Smell: sweet malt, a bit nutty

-Taste: a bold malty flavor, semi bitter sweet chocolate and a hit of coffee.

-Feel: Eaaasy, but satisfying. I was going to say I wish it had more body but I resigned that thought, it was great! Smooth but stuck on my tongue like "hey fool, you know you wanna take another sip".

I quite enjoyed this, I would give this to a friend as an introduction stout, easy to drink with a full flavor. Thanks Sierra Nevada.
