This brew pours a pale, cloudy straw color with a thin white head. It has a really nice, spicy aroma with a solid grain backbone. As you'd expect from SN the spicy, bitter hops are front and center in this brew, though less so than many of their offerings. Behind the hops it has a remarkably clean taste profile, no fruty esters to speak of as you'd find in German hefe's. I find this beer to be very food friendly and I try to keep it as a summertime staple. Another solid brew from Sierra Nevada.

Poured from a bit above the glass gives this beer a big white head that slowly settles above a cloudy golden colored beer.
Grains, mostly wheat I guess with light citrus and some hops present in the aroma.
A better than average if not even better tasting wheat beer, none of the overbearing lemon or banana a lot of them have, instead as in the aroma grains, the wheat, with light citrus and some hops.
A medium or slightly less body on this beer without much aftertaste.

Had a cloudy, darker than usual wheat appearance. Somewhere between amber and dark yellow. Aroma was fruity for a pale wheat beer, enjoyable.
This one had flavor, even a degree of nutty flavor in a wheat beer. Slight hops, stayed away from typical lemon flavor, this one had more of a very slight orange and pepper to it. Not over the top by any means. Balanced and with a good deal of malt and wheat to hold its own. Might not be your girlfriends favorite wheat beer, but this one is just one of the good three wheat beers Sierra Nevada makes.
Ah, the old wheat debacle on BA, not barrel aged, not rare, not high abv = ratings slump.
