SN Celebration Ale, 6.8%, reviewed live.
A - Deep dark amber with a 1-finger head that recedes slowly leaving patchy bubbles and lacing. Looks great!
S - Piney hops, resin, caramel, molasses, nectar.
T - Follows the nose. Great piney hop profile on this one; just a hint of malt to round things out.
M - Moderate carbonation. Nice warming sensation from the alcohol, which is appropriate for a winter seasonal. Rich and medium-bodied.
O - Considering the price/quality ratio, this beer is off the charts (got a 12pk fresh for $11). Quality brew, highly recommended for hop-heads.
