Had this on draft at the brewpub while sitting down to a meal. Showed up a nice cloudy golden color in the glass (base style is American Wheat) with a dense, frothy white head on top. Aroma is of pale malts, faint apple, bit of esters and sourness. Tastes of crisp, light bready malt, touch of fruity apple (but not sweet), and a hint of sourness. Hopping is very low, and balance is achieved really more from the tart sourness than bitterness. Feel is fairly light with somewhat aggressive carbonation and a crisp, almost puckering sensation. The light style of this beer makes it very approachable, and the addition of apple cider to the fermentation introduces another element that makes it more interesting and desirable.

A delicious ale that was speaking Belgian to me from the first sip. The appearance is definately of an American Wheat, but the crisp, slightly sour flavors (imparted from unpasturized cider I imagine) really add a Belgian feeling character. A great fall seasonal to try that is easy drinking and offers an interesting flavor profile.
