Flight delayed. On tap at Anthony's at Sea-Tac.

A - Pretty dark amber color with a light tan foamy head with good retention and lots of lacing.

S - Malty bread and barley. A little bit of citrus tries to poke through.

T - Bready toast with a little citrus lemon and finishes with bitter grass.

D - Good carbonation and a medium body.

O - Pretty standard pale, much better than the BMC crap that is offered.

Served at Anthony's Restaurant, Point Defiance, Tacoma WA.

The 16 oz glass came with a solid 3/4 inch head that held like whip cream on hot cocoa.

The fist sip slapped my taste buds with pleasant hoppiness. Sweet but balanced well with a bitter undertone. Sips two and three hit me with another underlying fruity complexity... cranberry maybe.

Light bodied overall, and smooth on the palate. I will definitely order this again!
