I like a diverse selection of beers and rarely have the same one twice.
Porter was a poured from a 1 pt 6oz bottle which yielded a very appealing deep dark brown chocolate color.
Aroma of malty coffee and chocolate
Taste was similar but with a hint of smoke
This porter was a little more carbonated which I liked and added to the mouthfeel
Overall a pretty good porter which I would drink two in a row.

22 oz bottle served in a Belgian snifter.
The pour is very dark reddish-brown and clear but looking black in the glass, with a small light brown head. The head is mostly short-lived and produces little lacing.
Aroma: markedly appealing mix of medium and dark roasted malts and dark fruits, with hints of chocolate, sherry and coffee. Nice impression of sweet, dark baked bread.
Taste: Mildly sweet and malty with notes of dark fruit, spicy hops, chocolate and caramel at the start. Gets progressively less sweet and more malty, with the dark roast and some smoke coming forward. Mildly bitter/sweet with a clear note of coffee and a touch of smoke at the end, and lingering for a good while afterwards in an aftertaste that ultimately turns mildly bitter.
Mouthfeel: Medium+ body; creamy in texture with a medium-low carbonation, but a light finishing bite.
Overall: a very good Porter that smells and drinks like a 'bigger', more expensive porter.

Poured a thin head on a black body.
The aroma is roasted and burnt malt, strong on the burnt part. It's bold and I like it.
The taste has a good burnt malt to it with a touch of cream to balance it out. One sided but pretty good.
The texture is smooth with moderate carbonation.
Enjoyable if you like a bold porter.

Appearance a deep dark brown with a dark brown half finger of foam on top that doesnt linger.
Aroma- chocolate roast grain I get cinnamon and nutmeg. A feint whiff of coffee
Taste- soem coffee even a little bit of smoke on the front end. some cocoa and even a touch of sweetness, the hops more or less balance out of this one. Not piney so much as earthy and herbal.
Mouthfeel- drier than I expected for a porter, medium/full bodied not so heavy in the mouth you couldnt have another.
Overall- not a flashy porter but not bad, I could have a few of them with this light dry finish. I think this would taste really good with baked goods. I dunno why but a cinnamon roll would compliment this very nicely.

A: Pours pretty much black with a thin light brown head.
S: Light roasted malt and coffee with some chocolate covered banana and some powdery cocoa.
T: Pretty similar to the smell. Light roasted malt. Traces of coffee, some light char and smoke and hints of dark fruit and chocolate. Mouthfeel is medium. Pretty good but nothing remarkable.
