Stopped here at the end of the night as it was near my hotel. Finding a place to get good beer in Greeley was quite a challenge the day that I was there. The one brewery in town was not fantastic and the liquor store just didn't have the selection I was hoping for. So, I remembered my trip to an Old Chicago while in Iowa and decided to head over and see if they had some local beers available.
When I got there, I was happy to see that it was exactly like all the other Old Chicago's in America. About 110 beers in the place and about 20 of those are on tap. I decided on a Hazed and Infused out of Colorado after I found out that Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA wasn't available in the bottle. The hazed and confused was poured and I relaxed and checked my email on my phone. It was a nice end to a rather boring day.
I would suggest Old Chicago because the food is always pretty decent and you can find pretty good beers available at most of the locations. They do a great job mixing craft beers with macro's and try to really pick a local selection to appease the gods of beer.

Was sitting in the bar section of the establishment.
Great bar to watch the game with the guys. Great selection of beers that compliments their food.
They could increase thier response by advising great beers with different food rather then seperation.
Good selection of on tap beer.
Waitress wasn't really on her game though. At first she made sure that order for beer and food was taken but afterward she didn't check on status other then to drop off beer or food. Other staff members helped us out.

usually Old Chicago is a decent bet to at least get a few beers and some cheap food. But this one was just awful. my friend and myself sat at a table near the bar. The selection was about the same as every other Old Chicago, with only one of the 120 beers actually worth it. We ordered our first round, which was ok. Than my friend ordered a calzone, which he said was ok. Our second round also went fine but that was the end of the decent service at this place. For our third, we tried to order the only outstanding selection there, Breckenridge's 471 IPA (Small Batch) (by the way, it was cheaper than the majority of bottles that they sell there). Our waiter responded with "their frozen." What the hell. Why would they have frozen beer. He brought two bottles out, and yes indeed, the beer was frozen. He then made it worse by saying IPA's were yucky and he was doing us a favor. Heres a tip, dip shit, don't make fun of the beer you serve. So, we settled on something else and ordered two happy hour pizza's, which are typically decent and cheap. Well, they came out horrible. Almost no toppings, undercooked crust, and rubbery cheese. Worst pizza I have ever had. Then he handed us our check without asking (not sure if I wanted another beer, but I never got the opportunity). And the last slap in the face was the fact that they would not accept the gift card my parents had given me three months earlier. The idiot manager came out and rambled about how it was used in Blackhawk or something (He had no idea what that was, so it's obvious he was not from the area). So, if you are in town, I suggest taking the extra half hour and drive to Fort Collins, or simply skip beer for the day and get some world class margaritas at The Rio.

One OC = All OC...but they keep putting the damn things within arms reach of my Holiday Inn Express priority club destinations. So in the way of convenience I must attend. This OC was no different than the rest aside from the abundance of Colorado local brews that blow many other locations away. They also had Stone IPA on tap, my first encounter with said beer. I also had the opportunity to try Dale's pale ale a nice hoppy PA from Oskar Blues just down the road...not bad bottle envy aside. Overall this OC sucked otherwise poor service with a bartender focused on his middle aged friends at the bar more than anyone else the tap line to the Hazed and Infused may not have been cleaned since the nixon era and the Meat Me Calzone was about half the size of every other OC I have attended (I have seen a few).
