Another Blind Tiger IPA. This one is mostly made with Centennial hops.

A - Poured a clear, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of bubbly foam. It left thin rings of lace on the glass.

S - It smelled of citrus fruits and pine. There was a burnt toast aroma, too.

T - It tasted of citrus and sharp pine notes. It had a nice malty backbone with caramel and toffee flavors.

M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A medium bodied ale with a dry, clean finish.

O - This is a nice IPA. They've done better, like Top Gun and Interstellar Galactic.
