This beer actually comes in a label very similar to an eariler Mikkeller brew Stateside anyways this brew pours a deep copper hue with average carbonation that leaves a nice frothy two finger head and sporadic lacing here and there, the aroma is a distinct cross between pine needles and caramel, fruity yet sweet i like it,it has an above average mouthfeel with sweet caramel the first thing i taste followed by a subtle fruity hop edge but not nowhere near as bitter as i would of liked and unfortunately even tho it is a nice brew i definately prefered Stateside.

A good cooper colour. Relatively large beige/creamish head.

Plenty of citrus, pine, fruity hop notes. Some caramel malt sweetness is very present too.

Cleansing pine qualities are certainly there, along with the citrus and fruity notes in the nose, though I agree with the previous review that the pine certainly dominates. Some sweet malts are there to back it up. Not a very long finish.

Feels good in the mouth. Moderate carbonation, smooth mouthfeel.

Not sure why, but I find this really drinkable. Keep wanting another sip.

Like the other Mikkeller IPA I had last night, its almost dipaish in its mouthfeel/malt presence.

A - Pours a fairly clear copper colour with a 3cm beige head that slowly falls away.
S - Floral & citrus fruit hops with some piney and slightly spice notes. Bit of sweet caramel maltiness.
T - Pine hop qualities come through a lot more in the taste as well as floral and fruity notes.
Sweet caramel also in the taste and probably a bit too much.
M - Medium bodied, lowish carbonation. Bitterness is noticeable but not overbearing.
D - A decent beer but there are many others I'd buy before this.

Bottle, 650ml, purchased at ölkonsortiet.

A: Golden red with a creamy lace that sticks to the glass.

S: Toffee, Exotic fruits, Citrus, Pine

T: Resin, Biscuits, Grapefruit, Caramel, Peach.

M: Smooth but yet quite simple with a nice kick of hops at the end. Low carbonation.

The aroma from this beer made me all happy inside. The taste is not up to pair with the aroma but still damn good. I like!
