-Clear amber bottle pour with a very thin foam cap. The aroma is tart and prickly. The flavor includes lemon, oak, vinegar and a bit of salt. The flavor is moderately tart. The mouthfeel is puckery and tasty.

Pours reddish brown with a pale head. Interesting nose with hay and apricot. Good mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Has a feel good rustic flavor profile.

A 375ml bottle with a best before date of 7th September 2027. Poured into a 3 Fonteinen stemmed glass.
Appearance: A cloudy dark golden orange colour with a two finger beige head that dissipated fairly quickly and left sparse to no lacing.
Aroma: Tart, sour, funky, mango, apricot with a touch of oak, lemon and vinegar.
Taste: Tart, sour, acidic, lemon, sour orange, vinegar and funk with hints of mango and apricot.
Mouthfeel: Acidic (maybe a bit too much), medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: I have no idea what sea buckthorn tastes like, but this was quite interesting with tart and sour citrus plus hints of tropical fruit. However, it was also on the verge of being overly sharp with acidity and vinegar, which definitely held it back.

Really murky red brownish color with off-white head. Aroma is quite funky with barn and hay notes and fermented fruits on top. Taste follows with tart fermented fruits like apricots and other stonefruits with a fruit pit bitterness on the finish. Medium body and carbonation. Overall it's a really nice, rustic and authentic feeling lambic beer.

375 ml bottle into tulip glass, best before 1/27/2025. Pours hazy orange/copper color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big sour lemon, lime, pineapple, orange, berry, apricot, green apple, white grape, hay, straw, leather, oak, pepper, musty funk, wheat, cracker, light white wine vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness. Fantastic aromas with awesome complexity and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, fruit, oak barrel, and light-moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge sour lemon, lime, pineapple, orange, berry, apricot, green apple, white grape, hay, straw, leather, oak, pepper, musty funk, wheat, cracker, light white wine vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness. Large amount of fruity/lactic sourness and moderate yeast spiciness; with lingering notes of lemon, lime, pineapple, orange, berry, apricot, green apple, white grape, hay, straw, leather, oak, pepper, musty funk, light vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, fruit, oak barrel, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/sour/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very acidic and fairly creamy/bready balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is an incredible fruited lambic style. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, fruit, oak barrel, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; and very smooth to sip on despite it’s high acidity. A highly enjoyable offering.
