Can into glass.
a: fizzy, opaque yellow. Head flares up and goes away fast, leaving film on the surface but no lace on the glass.
s: lemon/grapefruit and coriander. Doesn't really smell like beer, just fruit.
t: wheaty, sour, very pleasant and refreshing. No bitterness to speak of.
m: fizzy and slippery. Easy drinking. Banana aftertaste.
o: another hefeweizen I like! It's a pretty extreme version of the type, which turns out to be a nice approach.

12 oz. can
Pours a light, nearly clear lemon gold, white lacing for a head.
Smells of lemon citrus, grassy malts, and coriander.
Light lemony tart flavor with some coriander and vague malt.
Light body with tingly carbonation on the back of the tongue.
A highly drinkable and sessionable ale that falls sadly short on taste, there is nothing offensive or bad about this beer but it feels watered down. Could be worse, but could be a lot better too.

look: 3 | smell: 3.5 | taste: 3.5 | feel: 3 | overall: 3.5
Appearance: Pours a hazy straw color with a rather modest head for the style; not much lacing left behind
Smell: Bready, with more lemon than banana
Taste: Like the aroma, the flavor is bready, with a lemony character; some banana esters sneak underneath but don't have much of an impact; the finish is slightly tart
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: More like an APWA than a hefe; decent, but nothing special

I was really disappointed with this one.
Pale straw in color with decent carbonation
The smell was one of overpowering clove, I couldn't get a hint of banana or anything else.
The taste was clove like and bland.
Nothing about this beer made me want to drink it again.
