Very artificial beer. I don't understand the Les Brasseurs philosophy. They have good structure, good food, they are well localized in Geneva, Lausanne, Nyon and Neuchatêl but, they simply do not know how to profit on those factors to produce good beer. The Keriche is not an exception, why not using real cherries to produce it instead of cheap cherry syrup?
A: Look nice. Reddish color with a medium pink head which dissipates leaving many lacings. That's all about this "beer"
S: Artificial smell of cheap cherry syrup
T: Tastes like artificial cheap cherry syrup. Too sweet upfront. Unbalanced sourness/bitterness (somebody has to tell them that a sour and fruity beer should not receive this amount of hops)
M: Light body and medium carbonation
D: To be avoided

A - Poured with a half-finger of very white foamy head that hung around a bit; clear pinkish red hue
S - This smells like a Dr. Pepper, cola, cough syrup hybrid....sweet faux cherry aroma
T - Really bad stuff, cherry cough syrup only a little sweeter; I really don't know how to explain this 'beer'. It has that fake cherry flavor to it that just dominates everything
M - Syrupy and sticky; soft carbonation; just not good
D - If this had been in a bottle, I would have poured it straight down the drain....and I can't remember the last time that I felt that way about a brew, and I've had some shitty stuff.
Overall, avoid this in the event you ever see it.
