Brewed in collaboration with the Canberra Brewers homebrew club for the 2012 National Multicultural Festival in Canberra.

Unfiltered yeast haze with a thick, creamy, off-white head.

Prominent, tropical fruit and stone-fruit aroma. A touch of earthiness. Nice and hoppy.

Lovely malt flavour with a firm bitterness. Nice fruity hop character that backs up the slight sweetness. Good.

Medium body with moderate carbonation. Quite creamy.

A nice APA with plenty of flavour and very good for a hot day.
