Cloudy straw colour with a moderate white head. Decent head retention.

Moderate banana and fruit esters. A few phenols come through. Very fruity overall and lacking the hop character I expected.

Soft, sweet malts play with a good spicy character. Fairly fruity and lacking in bitterness.

Medium-light body with moderately-high carbonation. Fine.

A decent saison is what we have here but the flavour profile, while tasty, is a little off. It needs a touch more bitterness and a little more spice to get it up to the heady heights of Saison Dupont.
