Framboise pours a hazy pink colour with a dense, creamy off-white head. Okay head retention. Some lacing.

Raspberry dominates the aroma. A hint of lime comes through as well. Slightly tart. This is what it is supposed to be but it is a bit uninspiring.

Nice tartness with a good raspberry kick. A bit of citric acid. Some soft malts come through but overall this is a one track, straightforward beer with some refreshing tartness. Perfect for summer.

Light body with lots of crisp, refreshing carbonation. Great beer for the Australian Christmas.

A good drinkable beer. Drinkability falls a bit due to the high carbonation filling you up but it's definitely tasty and fun.
