A - Hazy apricot. Solid white head with a nice bubble structure, nice retention, and great lace.
S - Loaded with nectarine and orange fruit. Edges of honey, pine, and parsley.
T - Bright, fruity, bitter and yet surprisingly light on the palate. Unripe white peach and sweet nectarine stone fruits. Grapefruit center into a deep pine bitterness. Dry wood and cilantro on the finish.
M - Nice light frame, incredibly smooth, but a shade light on carbonation.
O - Big bitter bite, great flavor, and excellent drinkability.

From Rogue.com followed by my personal opinion.
Tasting Notes:
An Imperial bitter with exotic traditional floor malts, citrusy, hoppy flavor and stupendous hop aroma. Rogue Brewmaster John Maier describes this IPA as a cross between a Very Extra Special Bitter and an Indian Pale Ale. Hedonistic!

I was at the Portland Saturday Market and was talking to the vendor about what was new and different and he pointed out Portland State IPA which was also bottle for for the Saturday market with a Portland Saturday Market Art and Ale India Pale Ale label, I was sold.
When poured from an inch or so above the glass if gives you a big whitish colored head that rests above a honey colored medium bodied beer.
The aroma is mostly hops with some citrus and a slight malt background.
A big hops bite that doesn't overwhelm with some citrus (mostly oranges, I think) coming through.
A slight citrus comes through in a dry aftertaste.
I liked this beer a lot.

A- Very cloudy dark golden with minimal head, visible suspended sediment in the glass
S- Strong floral and pine hop aroma, yeast
T- Strong pine hop, light sourness, full flavor bready malt, light bitterness on the finish but otherwise clean
M- Moderate carbonation, moderate body, clean and crisp
O- Pretty interesting overall from the way it looks to to combination of flavors, I'd definitely seek this one out again
