Hazy orange, one finger of off white head, some lace. Smell is bright and citrusy, lemon, orange-tangerine, pine, white grapefruit, faint crackery malt as well but for the most part lots of dry citrus hop. Taste is a bit more pine forward but still a great deal of citrus, orange, lemon, big bitter hop, quite dry upfront but gives way to a light sweetness, lightly malty as well. Lightly carbonated, drying mouthfeel, medium body. Quite a nice IPA and one of the more bitter ones I have come across in recent memory other than Finest Kind, something I could drink multiples of.

A- Pours a cloudy, deep gold with a creamy off-white head. Head retention is excellent, and so is the lacing.

S- The hops offer Pine and slight floral notes. There is also a touch of tropical fruit. The malt shows a little bit, with nuances of caramel and baked bread.

T- More malt forward on the palate than the aroma would allow me to believe. It starts off semi-sweet with caramel and citrus and moves into a grapefruit rind bitterness mid-palate. The finish is long with a sharp, aggressive hop bitterness.

M- Creamy, medium bodied, moderate carbonation.

O- Not bad, actually, quite good.
