This is probably the best place in the Green Bay area to find more interesting beers. I was in there in town in October and asked about Gouden Carolus beers which they didn't stock at the time. The next time I was around the area in December, they had three or four Gouden Carolus, including the Grand Cru of the Emperor. They also usually stock the locals like Hinterland and New Glarus.
The interior is very nice and spacious. So much space in fact, it makes me think they could expand with a whole beer aisle.
They also have an extensive wine collection.

Service: I didnt buy anything even though the place was empty and the owner looked as if he hadnt made a sale all week. This made me feel too guilty to speak with the owner and so it is difficult to rate the service. Still, they use BA shelve-talkers so they must be pretty good.
Quality/Selection: One or two six packs from Flying Dog, New Glarus, Sprecher, Victory, Smuttynose, Capital, Ayinger, etc and a few pints/750s of Chimays, Youngs, and Belgian Red. Not really much of a selection but perhaps a few jems that arent common in Green Bay such as Gulden Carolus Tripel and Delerium.
All beer is stored in a series of coolers on the back wall. Sadly, half of these coolers are devoted to macro-imports such as Heineken, Boddingtonss, and Guinness.
Prices are about $1.00 more per six-pack and $1.00 more per 750 then I would normally pay.
