500ml bottle from Peckhams deli, Glasgow (£2.75):
Bright golden with a thick looking, bubbly white head on top that turns to a thick lacing.
Strong pine and grapefruit aroma from this one with a few citrus notes coming through as well. There was also a nice few tropical fruit notes in the mix with some passion fruit and sweet juices making an appearance too.
Tropical fruits upfront along with some pine and a mild grapefruit flavour that isn't overly bitter. There is some nice bitter hops and a good amount of pine with a citrus tang. Again nothing overly strong but there is a nice mango and passion fruit flavour in the middle with a touch of spice too.
Smooth with a medium body and a small amount of spice. There is a good citrus tang and moderate to strong bitterness levels but overall the beer is pretty refreshing.
Good tropical fruits, notable passion fruit and to a lesser extent mango with a fair amount of citrus too. The bitterness wasn't overdone and the beer maintained a good balance throughout.

Deep golden color, it poured just a thin head with short retention but leaving laces.
Wonderful hoppy aroma, as usual for a Thornbridge, floral and fruity, highlighting mango and passion fruit.
Similarly flavor is also hoppy, a bit tangy, resiny and floral as well. Aftertaste is bitter and dry.
Light body with light carbonation and small bubbles.
Excellent beer, UK beer with America hops, a winning combination.

A 500ml bottle with a BB of April 2013. Picked up recently from Trembling Madness in York. Described on the label as an American pale ale.
Poured into a tulip pint glass. A bright golden-amber hue with faint haze and medium carbonation. Yields a large head of creamy white foam that lasts for a few minutes before reducing to a thin surface layer. Some lacing. Aroma of juicy hop notes: grapefruit, orange rind, mango, passion fruit, citrus and tropical fruits. Underpinned by mild hints of caramel malt and dry yeast. Stunning and utterly delicious.
Tastes of intense fruity hops with a subtle malt backbone and a strident bitter finish. Notes of grapefruit, orange peel, citrus, mango, tropical fruit, earthy yeast, stewed hops and faint caramel malt. Slightly spicy and peppery. A powerful, dry bitterness upon swallowing. Mouthfeel is dry, tingly and smooth, with good body. Rather astrigent, with an aftertaste of bitter aromatic hops, fruity notes and yeast.
Superb - an amazingly flavoursome brew at an easy-drinking strength. It looks lovely, and the aroma is sublime. Both aroma and flavour are saturated with intense fruity hop notes. The mouthfeel is pleasant; the relatively light body seems to allow the liquid to stimulate every tastebud. This is fantastic - if you are a hophead then this is the brew for you. Well worth sampling.

Picked this up at a great little beer store in Arlon, Miorge Mihoublon. Clear golden pour with snow white two finger head with good retention but minimal lacing. Huge perfumey citrus nose with hints of lemon and grapefruit along with biscuity malt and a touch of grass. The taste is dominated by juicy citrus as well. Very herbal with hints of tangerine, grapefruit, lemon zest, and apricot along with some subtle pine and caramel malt. The mouthfeel is nearly perfect with a nice tangy, slightly fizzy, and totally juicy finish. This is the epitome of a great session beer. I am totally convinced that Thornbridge cannot make a bad beer!

Pours deep golden to light amber body capped by a finger thin white head that creates short lived sheets of lace quickly broken into patches sliding down the sides .
Citrusy hops reminiscent of tangerine interplay with biscuity malt. There's a light mineraly touch to the nose.
Although the beer is classified as American pale Ale it cannot hide its English roots - likewise the aroma flavor too delivers a mineraly kiss pointing that high sulphate water has been used. Citrusy hops with grassy element dominate over the clean malt-flavor while hop-bitterness remains restrained without any trace of astringency or harshness. Smoothly drinking and very true to the style.
Body is moderately carbonated with crispy texture.
In short, a great English interpretation of American interpretation of originally English style (500 ml into tulip, BB 04-30-2013).

Citrus, melon and some sticky hop bud on the nose with a bit of sour melon underneath. Pale sunglow with a steady off white carpet of head that rims and leaves plenty of trailers. Light cracker and tangerine jam up front with some peaches and golden crunch biscuit then lots of clementine hops with slight evergreen.
Waxberry and lemon peel finish and Light, some cling, slight oil, crisp.
Pale Ale, Munich and Cara malts, Crystal Cascade and Chinook hops - with those ingredients and "American Pale" right on the label, why is this in as an ESB?
Lots of those compellingly tasty light mandarin notes that Lagunitas does so well. Munich might explain a bit of lagery toast in the malts. Body is well judged, aroma wins out over IBUs and hops are incredibly bright, nectary and fresh.
A top quality version of a familiar taste.

Cask half-pint at the Euston Tap.
A: Clear, pale amber body with a 1/2" of thick, creamy white head on top. Fantastic retention and lacing. Gorgeous.
S: Very hoppy, with tons of floral + pine notes. Light lemony citrus. Not much malt presence, and that's fine by me. I can't believe I found a genuinely hoppy cask bitter. Outstanding!
T: Minty, herbal, and floral hops. Some stone fruits + citrus. Lightly sweet pale malt. Cleanly bitter, fruity finish. Very tasty.
M: Light-to-medium body with moderate, fine carbonation. Typical cask feel.
O: This was a really great beer, one of the best real ales I encountered during my two weeks in England. Thornbridge know what they're doing.
Cheers!

Bronze amber, approaching crystal clarity. No head but that's more a matter of dispense than anything. Lavender and kiwi lead the way, with lemon and oregano not far behind. Honey and fresh grain malts support the aromatics nimbly. Fruity and balanced on the palate, with a delicate fizz to accent the crisply floral hop character. For the strength I would generally hope for a bit more oomph, but even so this is almost endlessly drinkable.
