Presentation: 12oz. brown bottle, with the ingredients ("water, malted barley, hops and yeast") but no freshness date.
Appearance: Clear, light copper with a thin white head.
Smell: Light raw malt; sweet, grainy. A pinch of flowers with slight estery fumes.
Taste: A crisp, smooth brew. Each sip was like a mouthful of fresh malt with a splash of bitterness to tame.
Notes: We really enjoyed the freshness of this ale. Its distinct "raw grain" flavour is hard to find in brews so it was a welcomed suprise.

Short 12oz. bottle. Clear and bright copper color. Fluffy, sticky off-white head. Resiny hop bubbles pop through. Nice aromas of Bob Evans buttermilk biscuits, matched with big cascade hop nose. Taste was both sweet malty udertones, and crisp cascade hop snap. Very good and balanced tastes. light to medium bodied, dry crisp finish. Very drinkable. Every bit as good as a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Please give it a try.

Clear orange/amber color, head of a variety of bubble sizes that lasts for about a minute. Nutmeg and pumpkin aromas, nice smell. Malty for an American Pale, butterscotch and caramel flavors predominate. Not overcarbonated. Hops are slightly currant-like and balance well. I like this Pale, not bright and hopped, but malty-flavorful and drinkable.

Aromas of raw hops, alchohals, and a subtle fruity background. Medium body, smooth flowing flavors that remain consistant from start to finish. Slightly sour, maltier than your average APA. Reminds me of Slo Brewing's Extra-PA.
I first drank this out of the bottle and was dissapointed to find it had a metalic tang to it. Later, I got my glass out and gave it another chance and I was pleased to find the metal tang was absent.
