Presentation: 16oz brown sleek euro style bottle with a drink before date clearly marked.
Appearance: Soft pale hazy yellow with a crown like white lace that floats all the way down.
Smell: Spicy with a mild black pepper aroma with a little melon and banana, from the fruity esters, in the nose also.
Taste: Smooth and crisp with a silky texture and nice carbonation holding this medium bodied brew together. Grain and wheat malt dominate the forefront though a subdued fruit and rounding spicy flavour that leads to a restrained hop bitterness. An underlying sweetness flows from start to finish with a bready yeasty flavour tagging along.
Notes: Top notch for the style, a must buy for all wheat beer lovers. Balanced to a T and goes down quicker than water. Add a slice of lemon to break in the novice beer drinker.

Mouthfeel - Light in body with a fresh, lively carbonation. Finishes with a touch of dryness. Entirely smooth and drinkable.

I had it for the first time at Egan's in Tuscaloosa, AL when it was on special.
A- Cloudy with some yeast sediments in the glass. It looks like a typical German weizen.
S- Some yummy banana comes across with a bit of clove.
T- Delicious. On top of the wheat flavor, there was bit of banana, clove, as well as hints of apples and bubblegum.
M- Just great. Flavor and carbonation went great together.
O- I was glad I tried this beer. German weizens have a tendency to be very good.

16.9 fl oz bottle into a weizen glass.
A: Pours a typical cloudy gold color. This doesn't have an amazing head for the style, but it's still a two finger white shade with decent retention and a good creaminess to it.
S: Fairly banana-heavy, with some crisp wheat and bubblegum esters. Touches of clove and coriander also come through. Aromatically, it's well done, but not a standout in the style.
T: Pleasantly mellow banana esters start things off. The finish is mild wheat malt and the faintest 'ping' of earthy noble hops, but perhaps my favorite feature is the note of milky cream that ties the midtaste It's not particularly bold, inspiring, or complex, but like I said - pleasantly mellow.
M: I could use a creamier finish here - the astringency is a bit too coarse for my tastes. Having said that, this ticks many good qualities I expect from the style: nice dryness/crispness, light in its texture, high (not overbearing) carbonation, and superb drinkability.
O: Good stuff. Don't know what else to say apart from this being a solidly good weizen.

I just had my first Tucher at my local bar. The bartender recommended it. It was poured in a traditional Weiss beer glass.
A- Cloudy w/ some yeast sediments in the glass. It definately looks like a Weiss beer from Germany.
S- Some yummy banana comes across w/ a touch of clove.
T- Seemed a little past its prime- but good never the less.
M- It was just OK. I expected more from this beer
O- I was pretty happy w/ this beer. German Wheat beers are always good.
