A - Served a very hazy brown-red color with a thin finger of frothy off-white head. Fades fairly quickly with some good lacing.

S - Aroma is a mix of sweet toasted caramel malts with some brown sugar light pine hop. Bit of light booze.

T - Starts off with some sweet rich caramel malt with a touch of brown sugar sweetness. Through the middle some light earth hops and light bitterness come through. The finish is a mix of rich sweet caramel malts with a touch of residual sugar sweetness, some light bitterness, and a touch of booze.

M - Full bodied with moderate carbonation. Smooth with a rich sweet warming finish.

D - Very drinkable. Nice balanced scotch ale with a nice light boozy finish.
