A- Pours a light, clear golden orange with a slightly off white head. Head has little retention and not too much lacing behing.
S- Fairly sweet, grainy, and a bit of floral hops.
T- A ton of malts come through here with caramel, bready and sweet. Followed by quite a bit of citrus hops. Pretty good balance going on here.
M- Medium in both carbonation and body.
D- Nothing terrible here by any means just not my type of brew. If your ever feeling adventuous go aheand give this one a try.

A: Deep copper yellow, with thin white head, left some okay lacing.
S: Kind of sour, and malty, but has a redeeming sweetness of grains to it.
T: A lot of malt going on here, and better than I expected, due to smell. A toasted flavor for sure, as the other reviews have mentioned. Has a citrus bitter bite at the end as well. But super malty, overall.
M: Quite thick and creamy, satisfying.
D: Not bad at all, decent beer, can see it matching a decent amount of foods, as well.

This brew is the color of burnished copper. There's very little head. A very light foam does remain, leaving light, thin lacing. It's fairly active.
The aroma is a light malt, toasted grains and a light, bright citrus.
There's a better balance of malt and hops in the taste, though hops are a bit light. Toasted grains is the dominant flavor, and the sweetness and bright, just slightly tangy sweetness compliment each other well. Alcohol shows up as it warms and in the finish. There's just a light earthy wood in there as well. It isn't a heavy flavor or especially rich on the palate, but it's a good taste.
The mouthfeel is nice, pretty thick for a medium body with some richness to it. There's just a bit of crispness, light to moderate carbonation, and a nice smoothness.
The aroma and flavor are both tasty but a little light. Flavor doesn't burst out, but there's a nice balance and fair complexity. An all-around solid beer.

on tap at my bar in alliance ohio!
A- creamy off white head, lots of lace, over a deep shiny amber bronze colored thick looking brew.
S- sweet, very toasty fresh grain aroma, various deeply toasted cereals, cinnamon, and an earthy fruity tartness. strawberry, a slight whiff of floral alcohol, a bit of citrus, some mild milk chocolate.
T- rich full flavor, a ton of toasty grain, so fresh it's amazing, probably cuz this was brewed about 30 min away. very earthy and woodsy with a near maple sweetness, toffee and caramel with the slightest hint of weak coffee, makes me wonder if there's some roasted malt on the bill. a fruity tartness, lemon, pineapple. finishes grainy and robust with citric and earthy hop flavor.
MF- luscious, full, and creamy due to delicate under medium carbonation. grainy, coating, and hearty.
D- ridiculously chock full-o-malt, very tasty and flavorful. a heavy brew though, better suited to cooler earlier spring months than to the heat wave we're having now.
