Swans Brewing 'Black Swan' Imperial Stout @ 8.5% , from a 650 ml bottle , bought for $5.75
A-pour is near black with a quick dissapating tan head , very minimal lacing along the pint glass
S-hints of cherry , malted barley ,
T-the hint of cherry at the start , followed by roasted barley , some oaked aged bitterness at the end
MF-mild/medium carbonation , full body , definate difference from 'Longwoods' weak RIS , 'Old Raspy' kicks it's butt thou
Ov-ok /good beer , not the best local RIS , but a pretty good entry into the market
