Pours a clean orange-ish to yellow color with a white head. In the aroma, pine like hops. In the taste, pine to orange citrus like hops, with a mellow malt backing. A hop bite and medium to lighter bodied mouthfeel, with a dry abrasive hop in the aftertaste. Nice pine and hint of citrus, although, very lager like.

12 oz.
Pours amber gold with a thin white head.
Smells of light caramel malts and mild piney hops.
The flavor is of piney, slightly fruity hops up front, with a mild bready caramel malt follow-through.
Medium to light body with a soft carbonation.
An average APA, nothing special but nothing wrong with it either. Fine, but I actually might prefer one of their pilsners to this. Worth a try, but maybe not multiple tries.

Had this on 2013-10-01 in Columbia, PA
A - Almost clear golden-orange with a 1-finger white head from an aggressive pour. Good lacing.
S - Bread, lemon, orange, grass. Not very aromatic.
T - Lightly toasted bread, fruity with bits of lemon/lime and a musty grape skin. Finishes lightly tart with some orange zest bitterness that hangs around. Light on the malt. Not very sweet. Dries nicely. Unassuming but tasty.
M - Medium body and medium-high carbonation. Crisp with some body. Refreshing.
O - I enjoyed this brew. It's definitely in the APA , not IPA, category. I'd rather have a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale but wouldn't be disappointed to be presented with one of these. I'llhave it again.

Poured from 12oz bottle into NB Globe. Bright copper color with really froathy sticky head..it actually looks pretty good. Smell is nice floral but subtle hop and some sweet caramel malt. Very nice mild hop and malt aromas, but very well balanced. Nice easy brew, mild, but good all around flavors. Maybe a little more hop-forward APA than usual.
I had very low expectations on this after reading some of the reviews, but I was actually surprised on how tasty this was. Dont be turned off by other reviews, this is a good APA.

Aroma: Cat piss hop aroma, very dank. Slight flowerlyness followed by a cabbage aroma.
Appearance: Pours thick rocky off white head. Persists forever, like spackle to the glass. Very light copper color. Hazy.
Flavor: Toasty malts. Intense bitterness. A chalky aftertaste. Piney hop flavor, some grassiness. Very little esters (clean). Finishes dry. Balance towards hops and bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Thin mouthfeel, very dry. Medium high carbonation. Low to no alcohol warmth. Some astringency possibly from high carbonation or all of the hops added.
Overall: Pretty put off by the aroma but it doesn’t carry into the flavor. A solid pale ale if you like them hoppy and bitter.

Amber-colored beer with a foamy head that I only achieved by vigorously pouring the last third of the bottle. Aromas of breads, berries and sweet citrus. Tart citrus rind dominates the flavor and leads into sweet breads and herbiness. This is a solid ale with some great hops.
