Brewed in collaboration with Reza Canon of beer bar 3 Små Rum. A blend of American, Belgian. Swedish and Persian influences.

Ingredients: Barley malt, wheat malt, sugar, hops (Nelson Sauvin), yeast, water and spices.

The colour is amber; the liquid is a bit cloudy. The finger thick head is off white. It leaves some lacing on the glass.

The smell is wheat-sour with some fruity flavours and a fine bitterness.

The taste is sour-salt-bitter with notes of dried fruits. Some flour and a perfumed hint. The fresh aftertaste got medium strong bitter flavours with a fine sweet flavour and a touch of cherries. The body is medium strong.

The carbonation is medium strong; the small buboes are smooth, as are the liquid.

A fresh and refreshing fruity ale. I like it.
