The selection of over 50 craft beers includes a end rack of singles all priced at $1.58 per bottle. Bells @ $7.49 a sixer, Boonville, Anchor, Goose Island, Two Brothers, etc.. . most of the craft brewed ales availiable through Illinois wholesalers. I did not locate anyone that had much beer knowledge - but that was on Sat. afternoon.
Sorry no Macro's just wine and craft brewed beer. Located beside the Target - off I-64 One exit east of the O'Fallon Exit in the new shopping center near Mid American Airport/ Scott Air Force Base. Since this is a high traffic location I expect a good turn over in the stock. I will check back in the future and update what I find.
3- 26-06 Selection is unchanged with a little improve of singles offerings. Watch the born on or best by dates.

World Market is definitely not a beer store but, yes, they do have beer. World Market is a retail-grade importer. Think Pier One mixed with Walmart/Target and that's what you have here.
Upon entering, all beverages are located near the very back wall towards the left-center side of the store. The wine selection is usually fairly impressive with cheap and imported wines. The beer selection has a few regional players as well as a few imports and oddities. Nothing fantastic here and, as mentioned below, it will be important to check dates on all the products (beer wise). Staff is typically overly absent as in most large retail stores so, if you need something, you'll have to track someone down.
The store is an interesting enough of a place by itself to denote a visit if you are nearby, but don't come for the beer alone. Want to do a little bit of oddity and furniture shopping and maybe grab an import? You're in the right spot.

Okay, this place is not what I was expecting. When I initially walked into World Market, I almost immediately turned around because the place looks more like a furniture store than anything else, but I noticed wine bottles in various places, so I figured there may be some beer lurking somewhere too.
After a few minutes I eventually found their beer stash. They do have some unique offerings of hard to find beers, so I am pleased to go here when I'm in the area (which is actually quite a bit). They have beers from all over the country, but in scarce supply and not so much in variety. The beer takes up a couple of shelves and that's about it.
Altogether I have mixed emotions about this place. It serves a purpose for some decent imports and several hard to find beers for the local area. The problem is the lack of variety. Lastly, the pricing is decent I suppose but I'm new to the area.
