The colour is pale gold; the liquid clear. The low head is white, it sinks down to a thick ring.

The smell is fresh and a bit bitter in an English way. Some yeast and a touch of sour dough.

The first taste is a bit yeasty, but it passes quickly leaving room for hoppy notes of East Kent Golding with a spicy bitter flavour plus notes of dried apricots. The aftertaste got a fine flowery hoppy flavour and a hint of lemon cordial.

The carbonation is mild to medium; the small bubbles disappear quickly. The liquid is somewhat smooth.

A highly drinkable and very fresh English pale ale.
