A - Orange dirty russet hue with a 2 finger fluffy head that reduces to a thin cap, but comes right back with a gentle swirl. Lots of lace is left down the side of my pint glass.
S - Citrus, pine, pepper, and OFF brand bug-spray. That sounds like a bad thing, but that bug spray smell really brings back memories of camping as a kid. So I like it. This is really leafy and a bit spicy in it's hop profile.
T - Sweet Gran's biscuit malt backbone with overtones of mandarin orange, tangerine, and peach. A wonderfully fruity and citrusy hop flavor.
M - Moderate carbonation, perfect balance between sweet, bitter, and dry. Nothing spectacular, but feels good in the mouth.
D - Extremely quenching and balanced. This is a great example of what an IPA should be...extremely balance, while still focusing on citric piney hops. Outstandingly drinkable. Perhaps THE most drinkable IPAs IMHO (I have a hard time sessioning IPAs due to the bitterness...I love them for that bitter flavor, but I usually can't bring myself to drink three or four of them...but I could drink a sixer of this!)

Serving Type - 355ml bottle, poured into a small pint glass
Appearance - Pours with about a funger of head, which quickly disappears. A moderate amount of lacing is left behind. The brew is cloudy and golden copper colour.
Smell - Whoa. Grass immediately. Very, very grassy...and floral. Followed by sweet citrus notes. Grapefruit perhaps? There is also some decent caramel malt smells coming through.
Taste - Toasted malts. The caramel flavour that was present in the aroma is here. The grassy hops (centennial presumably) are not as crazy-overpowering as I expected given the nose but they're still there, and in a big way. Brew is seriously bitter. Fantastic.
Mouthfeel - Medium body. Nothing special really. Carbonation is also medium. Not obtrusive, but its there.
Overall - 4/5

Clear orange with a bigg off-white head that lasts. Nice lacing.
Aroma is sweet juicy peach and citrus. There's some toffee and a faint spiciness.
Taste is sweet citrus initially that goes into a nice caramel sweetness with a pine and grapefruit finish. Subtle bitterness with a nice malt balance. Lasting pine aftertaste.
Medium body with soft carbonation. Dries out in the finish.
Great beer overall. Great balance. Really easy easy to drink. Happy to have it in Texas.
