Served cool from 350ml bottle into half pint glass.
L) Amber, very hazy (floating yeast??), thin white head.
S) Deep malty odour, like the malt extract used in home-brew bitters and floral hops. Really good.
T) Not as malty as the nose suggests. Dry, bitter hops, none of that juicy / piney business here. Hints of sweetness and floral notes at the back of the mouth in the aftertaste.
F) Quite fizzy, with a definite drying out of the mouth.
O) Not the best American IPA I have had by a long stretch and nowhere near as good as their Centennial IPA, but still a decent drink.

Sample from bottle, at Vectura-messe, Deep golden colour. Fruity and piney American hops in aroma and flavour. Bitter aftertaste, nearly an IPA. Okay.

Nitro version - obviously looks spectacular with a warm caramel body and ultra dense creamy white froth. Nose suffers from the nitro - faint citric perfume sums it up. Evenly balanced between caramel malt and citric/floral hops. Soft and subtle from the nitro with a clean finish. I would like to see this around in the non-nitro version, though this is fun as the occasional change-up.
