A: Cloudy golden with nice bubbles. Smallish, short-lived head and not much lacing.
S: Lots of sticky, resiny hops with tropical subnotes. A little bit of fresh hay and some biscuit malts backing it up.
T: More bitter up-front than I expected, and less malt sweetness. Hop character here is earthy and herbal, with slight onion. The malts are primarily dry cracker.
M: Medium body and carbonation. Bitter, clean finish.
O: Personally, I'm more of a sucker for west-coast, citrusy, dank piney IPAs, but this is quite well made and tasty. I wouldn't mind a little more body / sweetness.
