Bottle to tulip. Bottled a month or so ago.

A - Light yellowish-orange body with a thin head. Could use more head for sure. This is the only flaw in the appearance. Lacing is decent.

S - Great aromas on this brew. Pine, grapefruit and tropical notes. The fresher the better with this beer. Malt notes are very mute.

T - Pineapple and citrus notes dominate with a bit of pine in the backend. No malt on this one, pure hop-bomb. This beer is perfectly down my alley. Large grapefruit hoppiness with a backbone in tropical fruit instead of malt.

M - Carbonation could stand to be a bit different. There's something about it....not over or under carbonated. Just, could use a more uniform mouthfeel. Not wrong in any way at all, but a bit more creaminess would benefit this beer a ton.

O - Outstanding and worth looking out. If you see this beer on tap, absolutely order it. It's amazing on draft and great bottle.

3 week old bottle.

Pouring down the middle of a snifter reveals not much white head and a clear golden body.

Hops are the name of the game in the aroma. There is a slightly evident bready malt backbone and some alcohol vapors that mix well with the fruity hop aromas of orange, grapefruit, peach, mango and pine.

Fairly big bitterness here with prevalent grapefruit and resinous flavors. The hops linger in the aftertaste. Bready and sweet malt. Slight alcohol presence in the taste and warming sensation. Medium bodied and some lighter carbonation. A sipper of a beer for sure.
