Motor oil on the pour with a thin bodied but deep deep colored head.
Smells of wood smoke and strong brewed coffee.
Flavors are of great, bitter chocolate, like, 85% cacao chocolate. The ten percent or so of booze vaporizes those chocolate notes.
Rich, deep and pretty straightforward. I'd be happy to have this again.
