Clean golden, ivory foam, creamy, average persistence.
Light smell, malt and hop, unpretentious.
Taste easy and quite banal, some metallic in the finish.
More malt in the aftertaste.
Mass produced lager, nothing to remember.

Drank in Slovak Pub, Bratislava:
Clear and light amber with a nice bubly white head that lasts quite well and leaves some good lacing on the glass.
Standard for a normal pale lager with grassy hops and grain with a slight syrupy aroma too. Nothing to special.
Again pretty standard fair which is similiar to the smell. Quite clean with mild hops and grassy, citrus flavours.
Nice and crisp with a very smooth sip. Pleasant but nothing out of the ordinary.
An average, smooth pale lager that is very drinkable & as such better than most of mass-produce pale lagers available in the UK. Crisp & refreshing.

An all around solid beer.
Light golden color with crisp polished bronze hues. Big white, but fairly rapidly dissipating head. Mild hops aromas--grassy, faint, delicate, clean. Flavor follows without any surprises. Mild flavor, balance, delicate, drinkable. What else could one want on a hot day?
On a direct note, people should hate because this beer is just as good as it was before Heineken bought out the brewery.
