A very good Porter from Sierra Madre Brewing Co.
Pours a great dark color, Nice foam head, Smell of roasted malts, Nice chocolate-coffe taste, Good carbonation, Mouthfeel is a little bit dry. Very drinkable brew.

This is my favorite beer from Sierra Madre Brewing Company, a microbrwery from my city, and this beer is in general exceptional, a uncommon style in mexico, only cerveza potro, mantain the same line, in USA its comparative to BAre Knuckle Stout, in nitro tap too, any times its flavor changes but i love this beer.

NIce stout, although can be considered and it is catalogued as a porter. ANyway, the foam is great, it sticks to the glass as it has to, and its colour is not white as most of the beers. IT has a toasted grains flavor I like, and it is not as tiring as other beers of this style.

This porter is a quite nice one, but not my favorite from this brewpub.
Good appearance, dark brown, almost black, with little head and just a bit of lacing.
Mild smell of roasted malts.
Taste is of burnt malts, chocolate, or probably mocha coffee, and a balance between sweet and bitter.
Mouthfeel is buttery, lightly dry, mild bitter finish.
I'll truly have this one almost anytime.
