A-Pours a clean, yellow color with a thick, fluffy, creamy head, head sticks around for the entirety of the pint.
S-Biscuity and cracker Pils malt. Grains and lager yeast. Light, grassy, Noble hop aromatics as well.
T-The Pilsner malt and the yeast combine to make a pretty genuine Euro Pils flavor. The hops are grassy and floral and softly spicy.
M-Light bodied, drinkable and built for Summer. Lively carbonation. Flavors don't linger. Refreshing.
O-A good take on the style. It succeeds at being genuine and also becomes forgettable in the process.

A: Pours a straw yellow color with a fingers worth of head that fades down to a decent cap
S: Mostly grainy with notes of fruitiness and spicy European hops. Pilsner malt present as well
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with hits of pilsner malt and grain, followed by a very light fruitiness and spiciness. Finishes with lingering graininess
M: Light-medium bodied with moderate carbonation
O: A solid summer pilsner with moderate drinkability. Has some nice subtleties that keep you coming back for more

07/25/13 At Rattle N Hum, NYC. On tap. Nice & refreshing. I could drink this all day if I wasn't so distracted by the other 39 taps. The nice dry finish makes you want just one more, which must be intentional. Well done.
