Pours a beige white head. Leaves some nice lace rings. Color is a dark amber.

Aroma: lots of juicy tropical fruits. Fruit loops and juicy fruit gum. Some earthy hops mixed in. A bit of bready and caramel malts.

Taste: similar to the nose but it has a more floral profile and less of a tropical flavor. Still very fruity. Lots of orange.

Mouthfeel: smooth with a light bitterness. Medium bodied with a good amount of carbonation. Ends a little sticky.

Overal, a very enjoyable pale ale. The gem hops were tasty. I dig this one.

A- Medium amber maybe a touch darker. Head is off white lasts well and leaves lots of lacing.
S- The aroma is big with a fruity hoppiness. Tropical and citrusy. They really let the hops come first.
T- I was between a 4 and 4.5 here but the nice hop finish rounded it up. There is a bit of evergreen flavor in among the fruity flavors and that seemed out of place.
M- A bit oily at first before the carbonation dries it out.
O- A very good single hop beer. They really let the hop shine through.

Pours a clear caramel color with a Creamy white head rim around the glass. Nose is lots of spruce, onion, and berry. Taste starts off with some caramel malt but this is overtaken by a lot of earthy, onion, and spruce combination of flavors. Really smooth, soft body. This was my first experience with the Gemini hop. I really enjoyed the sprucey woodsey flavors of it and want to see this hop in more beers.

Poured into a 10 oz. chalice like glass.

Looks a little darker than the usual APA with a dense two finger head. A more maltier look, and malts come across in the taste as well. Smells hoppy and slightly sweet with floral and somewhat citrus notes.

Tastes juicy with fruit and fruit peel notes and some balancing bitterness. Some caramel too. Certainly tropical. Like other Town Hall beers the mouthfeel and carbonation are spot on.

Although a good beer, doesn't stand out in any way. I'd prefer it to be more dry and crisp although it's not overly sweet by any means.
