A - not as big of a head as a normal wheat. sarts 1 1/2 goes down to less than a half finger pretty fast.
S - hint of banana, yeast. sweetness. not hops whatsoever
T - Clean. Crisp. Not a lot of strong flavors. a hint of banana. Some dry biscuit.
M - silky and moderately carbed. tiny bubbles dance on the tongue. refreshing and pleasant.
O - Needs a bit more flavor. Just something to make it stand out from the style. good for the style though.

Pours a soft, white head. Nice, yeasty, bready aroma with a nice, big orange backing throughout. Highly turbid, yellow-straw colored. Starts with BRIGHT orange, then the chamomile actually comes through very nicely as the biscuity malt begins to swell in for the finish. The finish is a touch of hops, chamomile (I LOVE chamomile!), and biscuity malt.
Yeah, this is fantastic. I really, really love the addition of chamomile (on of my favorite herbal teas). If you're not big on chamomile, I could see you disliking this one, as it has a fairly prominent role in the middle of the flavor profile. This is a nice, spicy, malty witbier. I can see why this one gets so much play throughout Indiana.

This was a nice effort from the boys in B-Town. The beer appeared a cloudy golden color that produced a thin white head, which was not well retained. The beer gave off a pleasant aroma of citrus and bread. The aroma was good, but could have been a bit more robust. The beer had a nice taste to it, a light sweetness from the malt and a hint of banana, no hops to mention. The beer had a light feel to it, could have used a bit more carbonation, but the beer was very easy to drink. Overall, a good summer beer, but I would probably pick another first.
