A Belgian golden ale, brewed with wheat, spiced with tangerine zest, green coriander, and ugli fruit. Hazy golden color, spicy citrus aroma, creamy fruit flavor, medium body.

Thanks Dave for sharing this one fresh off the line.
Review from written notes.
Served in a tulip glass. Pale orange, bright clarity, soapy white foam that steadily remains in place. Some spotty lacing clings to the inside of the glass.
Floral and mildly sweet aroma, honey and hibiscus, herbal also.
Simple flavors of honey malt sweetness, sweetly floral hibiscus, Belgian yeast lending some mild fruity notes. Light bodied, easy drinking, seems tailored to pair with food (makes sense as this is a Rick Bayless collaboration). It's good, though a bit plain and unexciting. You'd think there'd be some unusual latin spices going on with this, though it comes off more as a sweet Belgian Pale.

Unknown year for this but my guess is that it might be 10 years old
Look - Really nice clear copper color with a nice white head and rimming
Smell - grainy slight floral with a citrus tone as well
Taste - tangerine tea, nice grainy floral-ness that leads to the tea taste with a really nice tangerine as well
Feel - lighter body with a medium light carb. For being roughly 10 years old, impressive
Overall - WAY better than expected and worth the time to drink!
