Notes:
A traditional Irish Dry Stout, it is a full, richly flavored beer with a roasted, coffee-like taste and a hint of chocolate, balanced with an abundant hop profile that delivers a satisfying dry finish. A thick creamy head rests on top and holds the rich roasted aromatic qualities in the glass. This is truly the darker side of sin!

Into a plastic cup (doh!)(Vegas, stock), pours a cascading dark brown with a nice off white head that stayed around for a surprisingly long time. The aroma was light, maybe some chocolates in there. Taste had some nice caramels and roasted malts, stock. The mouth was nice and creamy smooth, good carbonation, easy to drink. Nothing great, nothing bad, a definitely good pickup when walking around one of Vegas's 400 malls on the strip.

Half finger head with excellent lacing on a jet black body. Aroma of milk chcoolate and cocoa mostly with some roasted malts. Flavor is also mosty chocolate and roasted malts with a dry finish and roasted bitterness which is mild but lingers on the palate for a while after. Medium body and light carbonation. Nice version of an Irish stout. Full flavored and not too watery for the style which is my least favorite aspect of this genre.

Served on tap at Sin City Brewing (Venetian) in Las Vegas, NV
A: Pours an opaque jet black in color. The beer has a one finger tall creamy tan head that reduces to a thick layer covering the entire surface of the beer. Significant lacing is observed.
S: A little mild overall for the aroma that I would expect from a stout. I get some very light notes of dark roasted malts, bittersweet chocolate, and freshly ground coffee.
T: Dark roasted malts, very close to being burnt, are the dominant flavor in the beer. There are some mild notes of dark chocolate and a very faint note of coffee. Nice complexity to the flavor.
M: Medium bodied with low to moderate amounts of carbonation. Smooth and creamy. Slightly dry in the finish.
O: A very easy drinking stout, nice complexity of flavor though a little too mild in the smell for me. I enjoyed the beer and would not hesitate to order it again.

Served on nitro-draught into a plastic cup at the Miracle Mile location. Reviewed from notes. Expectations were low. Paired with pretzels. Props for choosing nitro; I wouldn't expect that from a seemingly tourist trap brewery.
A: Pours a half finger head of nice thickness, good cream, and good retention. Colour is a solid black. Appealing.
Sm: Vanilla and cream. A mild strength aroma.
T: Cream, light vanilla, and very light caramel. Simple for a stout, but creamy and pleasant nonetheless. Nitro-draught was a good choice. It's nicely balanced as well.
Mf: Creamy, smooth, and wet. Downright wrong for a dry stout. Where's the dryness? Doesn't suit the beer (or the style).
Dr: Very drinkable, but more like a porter than a stout. Expensive and of limited quality on account of its simplicity.
