Clear straw color with a modest head. Some spots on the glass.
Clean pale malt. Lightly sweet with a strawberry presence.
Clean pale malt start with a stronger than expected hop bite, especially for a Helles. Good body with an elevated effervescence. Bitter finish with a long aftertaste.

On draught at WVRST for the DDC party. Into a tulip.
Clear gold, perfectly filtered with some good effervescence. White head and pretty lacing, light retention. Nose is lightly breads, some grains, sweet malts, a bit of Noble hop notes and some light vegetal notes. Taste is light on the hopping, sweet malt character with a moderate crispiness in the finish. Subtle bitterness. Medium carbonation, light body. An easy drinking pale lager, super drinkable. Would consume by the 1L stein.

This was a solid, drinkable beer, had on tap at the brewery/pub. Poured into a tall pilsner glass, much carbonation, bright gold, head lasted a bit. Slight bit of hops on the nose, wheat as well. Tatsed , lager like, cold, crisp, refreshing. Mouthfeel was crisp, dry. This is a well-brewed beer.

On tap at Mondiale 2011. Pilsner like beer, European malts, perhaps Saaz hops. A nice helles, low but significantly tasted bitterness, a good drinkable beer that got lost in the rush to the big bold beers. Straw coloured body, little head. Average mouthfeel. Still a nice one.
