A: Pours a crystal clear pale amber in color with moderate amounts of visible carbonation. The beer has a half finger tall creamy light beige head that has very good retention properties leaving a thick film covering the entire surface of the beer evenly. Light amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate aromas of toasted malts with a hint of toffee sweetness along with some lighter amounts of nuts and caramel.

T: Upfront there is a light to moderate amount of caramel and toffee malt sweetness with some toasted malts flavors. After that, you get some nuts and a light amount of earthiness, likely form the hops. There is a light amount of bitterness in the finish that fades quickly.

M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Very smooth and slightly dry in the finish.

O: This beer is very easy to drink and is quite sessionable - it reminds me of a slightly stronger version of a typical dark mild. I enjoy the malt sweetness and nutty flavors.
