On tap at the Bruckmuller brewery/restaurant in Amberg

A- Dark Amber, frothy and pillowy one finger head. lots of retention, lace that blankets the side of the glass.

S- lightly malty, touch of nuttiness and hops.

T- Toasted malt, slightly tart but mellows out to a nice bitterness at the end.

M- medium bodied, medium carbonation, relatively crisp finish.

D- This is a pretty good beer, I had this with Goose breast and bread dumpings which turned out to be a perfect beer match.
