On tap at the Flying Saucer in Fort Worth.

The beer pours a golden orange color with a white head. The aroma is has some caramel notes with some grass and earth from the hops and a little bit of smoke mixed in. The flavor is more of the same. I get some caramel malt, some light smoke, some grass, herbs and a little bit of pine. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Tasted @ Maui Brewing Co. Brewpub, poursan a clear amber with a small amount of head that doesn't leave much lacing. The aroma is sweet and malty, bready and a faint smoked aroma. Taste starts sweet and ends smoky but not nearly as extreme as other smoked beers I have tried.
