Favorite beer on tap at brewpub, winter 2010. This mild is a dark amber with a dessert-doughy like nose, reminding me of a cake batter or cookie dough. On the palate there's a soft sweet malty component that reminds me of Whitbread ale's malty sweetness. Easy drinking, and nicely sessionable with the low abv. Brewpub board indicates only 20 IBU's.
