12 oz bottle into a footed pilsner glass.

A: Pours a straw color that isn't completely opaque. The head features a nice layering of foam, about three fingers high in total. Texture-wise, it's bubbly and rocky, typical of the style.

S: There are a decent amount of grassy hops here, along with a touch of fruity esters. Nothing remarkable here, yet perfectly acceptable given the style in mind.

T: The first thing I notice on the palate are some hints of fruity esters. Afterwards, it shifts to a mildly hoppy finish. The hops here are grassy, earthy, lemony, and even a bit peppery. There's a really enjoyable balance to this one, all told.

M: Light on the palate, with sweeping carbonation. I'd reckon it could be a touch drier; then again, I like my pilsners bone-dry. Easy to drink as it should be.

O: Solid. There are few other pilsners I'd go for over this one, but I'd pick this over many others, too.
